On Tuesday, October 6 the middle school volleyball team traveled to Salina South to take on Salina South and Ell-Saline. The A team lost in 2 sets to Salina South (24-26, 12-25) but beat Ell-Saline in 2 sets. The B team also lost to Salina South (18-25, 21-25) in 2 sets and beat Ell-Saline in 2 sets (25-18, 27-25).
For the A team Coach Desormiers said, “I was very happy with how we played against both teams. We played great defense, we were aggressive with the ball, and didn't have many unforced errors!” and for the B team she said, “They also played great and was happy to see them step up and play together!”
The next middle school volleyball game will be at Canton-Galva on Thursday, October 8th.
